| Physical Therapist |

| The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing skilled and professional therapy to patients as determined by the guidelines and laws of the American Physical Therapy Association and licensing standards of the Physical Therapy Board of California. The Physical Therapist performs the clinical duties of patient evaluation, care planning, treatment, patient / family training, discharge planning as based on patient age and diagnosis and within physical therapy clinical practice standards. The Physical Therapist reports directly to the Clinical Manager and assists in maintaining clinic efficiency and with other department operations as requested by the Clinical Managers or Directors. Understands and complies with the California Physical Therapy Practice Act, the APTA Guide for Professional Conduct, the APTA Code of Ethics, and the APTA Standards of Practice for the Physical Therapist. |

| Experience |
| Successful completion of all Physical Therapy education requirements for graduation in an accredited Physical Therapy Program is required. |
